Three plush rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows over Exhibition Street's treetops. Each offers AV capability and dedicated bathrooms, and wall dividers let you combine two rooms, or open all three into one long table.

A versatile larger room suited to both professional and social events. Well suited to team dinners, networking functions or milestone celebrations where you want a balance of space and privacy.

Perfect for intimate gatherings. A sophisticated setting for business lunches, small celebrations or special-occasion dinners with close family and friends.

A premium room for private groups after an exclusive experience. A good choice for client dinners, close friends or family gatherings.

Upper Cocktail Bar
The top floor transforms from day to night. With floor-to-ceiling windows above the bustle of Flinders Lane, the private bar suits event receptions and intimate cocktail events.

Flinders Sunken Lounge
On the ground floor, off the Flinders Lane entry and beside the DJ booth. The sunken lounge area holds up to 40 for cocktail networking.
Full Venue
An exclusive takeover of every space in the building, with its dark tones, textured finishes and colourful artwork, murals and greenery throughout.

Seated menus are $98 per person for the Signature Feasting Menu, $109 for the Guest Choice Menu and $150 for the Steak Menu. Canape packages start at $50 per person with a minimum of 20 guests, beverage packages start at $50 per person, and premium upgrades start at $7 per person. Your coordinator will confirm the full cost for your event, including any room or minimum spend requirements, in a written proposal.
