Canapés and beverage packages on the top floor, with the bar as the centrepiece. Arrival cocktails, a rotating canapé menu and packages built around a set number of hours make it easy to host a big group without assigning seats. Canapés from $50pp, beverage packages from $50pp.

Three courses on white tablecloths, wood-fired mains and a wine list to match. Book a private room for your team or family, or the Upper Restaurant for a larger seated group. Christmas Dining From $98pp, with Guest Choice at $109pp and Steak at $150pp.

Wood-grilled mains, share plates and sides down the middle of the table. Built for long lunches and big groups who want the table doing the talking, from a private room through to the entire venue.

Nine spaces, twelve to five hundred guests
Three private dining rooms that combine, a sunken lounge, an upper bar and restaurant, or the whole venue across three levels. Every space is available for Christmas.
Private Dining Room 2
An intimate room for a small team lunch or a family Christmas dinner around one table.
Private Dining Room 3
The same size as Room 2 with its own character, suited to a client dinner or a close group.
Private Dining Room 1
The largest single room, with a mounted screen for a team wrap-up before the meal starts.
Rooms 2 and 3 combined
The divider between Rooms 2 and 3 retracts into one long table. The step between a small dinner and the full floor.
Flinders Sunken Lounge
A lounge setting off the main floor for arrival drinks or a standing celebration with canapés.
Private Dining Exclusive
All three rooms open into one space with its own bar and an adjacent lounge for arrivals.
Upper Cocktail Bar
The top floor with full run of the bar, semi-private for up to 70 guests. Built for a standing Christmas party.
Upper Restaurant
A larger upper-level room for a seated Christmas lunch or dinner. Ask your coordinator for current capacities.
The whole venue
All three levels exclusively yours, from the ground floor bar to the private dining floor above.
